Check "Yes!" if you want to receive your monthly newsletter via email rather than USPS. This saves the Blues Society the cost of printing and mailing your monthly newsletter.

General Membership Info
The General Membership provides one membership card. This section is for you to provide the name to put on the card.

Legacy Data Group
This group contains data fields that are carryovers from the AirTable system. We do not need to continue to maintain this data; it may be removed at any point we collectively feel it is no longer useful.

The Membership Coordinator can use this field to record information about this membership that cannot be captured in any of the standard fields, on an ongoing basis.

This is the membership level on this member's record when PMPro was implemented.

This is the last amount paid for the membership when PMPro was implemented.

This is the payment method used for the membership when PMPro was implemented.
