Mezcal Brothers @ The Zoo Bar
April 14 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
The Mezcal Brothers’ music has its roots in the 1950’s with the emergence of Rock & Roll. It is this earlier form of Rock & Roll, called Rockabilly, that drives the Mezcal sound. Artists like the young Elvis Presley, the flamboyant Little Richard, the irreverent Jerry Lee Lewis, and the influential writing styles of Johnny Cash, Buddy Holly and Eddie Cochran, have contributed to The Mezcals true Americana sound. Along with their original compositions and highly energized stage performance, The Mezcals bring a new vision to a classic tradition.
