Hector Anchondo, the International Blues Challenge Champion in 2020 who represented the Blues Society of Omaha, will hypnotize you with his voice and guitar skills. Hector was also named the Best Guitarist in that year’s competition.

Kevin Burt, The International Blues Challenge Champion In 2018 representing the Central Iowa Blues Society, was named the Best Guitarist and Best Harmonica Player in that year’s competition. He is the only person in the history of the event to ever win all 3 awards.

The Pocket Architects is a group of 3 very talented guys who are part of The BluesEd program and have started their own band. This show will be their World Premier but don’t let that fool you as they can outperform many bands who have been touring for years!

The Memphis Project is a select group of BluesEd students from the Omaha Area who have been selected to go perform in Memphis at the International Blues Challenge this year.
