Social Distancing will be easily maintained, as we can all spread out at our large outdoor venue and still have a great view of the main stage in your private pods! Think of it as your own private box for this event to ensure you can keep your distance. Everyone must be respectful and give everyone their space.
MASKS REQUIRED WHEN NOT INSIDE YOUR POD. This includes purchasing food / beverages, or using the restroom.
NO COOLERS or OUTSIDE DRINK / FOOD ALLOWED. Vendors will be on site to provide everything needed to enjoy your experience at the park. You must be 21 to consume alcohol and have your ID on hand. Any outside alcohol will be confiscated. Falconwood appreciates your purchase of food and drinks to support our local businesses.
Pods available in 4, 6 & 8 person size. Please keep social distancing in mind, and stay in groups of no more than 8. Stay with the group you arrived with, and keep a distance of 6 feet from others.
This event welcomes families. Your children will also need to abide by the rules and stay in your designated space.
This will be a CASHLESS EVENT. A credit card will be required for food and beverage purchases. We will be using a system to manually enter your CC information. You will also have the option to leave a tip.
Gates will open at set time per event. Please don’t come before gate time. You will be asked to leave and return at time of gate.
When the show is over, you will be asked to pack up quickly and will be directed off of the property. NO LOITERING.
There will be sanitizer throughout the park and at any contact points. Our restrooms are sanitized on a schedule throughout the evening.
This event is RAIN or SHINE so prepare accordingly!
Falconwood Park is concerned for the welfare of our members and guests, musicians, and the team-members of our venue partners. Everyone should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend shows during the Coronavirus Pandemic. Any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit. Masks are encouraged and all venue restrictions must be observed.
All of our partner-venues will be enforcing all protocols that have been put in place by the Health Department, City, and State. Attendance will be limited to enable safe social distancing.
Regardless of your personal comfort level, please be extremely considerate of other fans’ personal spaces.
June 3, 2020, the Douglas County Health Department posted this reminder: “Until there is appropriate medication and a vaccine, the Douglas County Health Department (DCHD) is emphasizing the importance of remembering and continuing to use the only ways we have to protect ourselves. Hand-washing and social distancing remain important tools to avoid infection,” Health Director Dr. Adi Pour said. “You should wear a mask every time you go out in public to protect those around you.”
NOTICE FOR ALL TICKET BUYERS – By attending this event, you and your guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold the artist, the venue, the event presenter, or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.
