Brother East-Brother West is guitarist/vocalist Jamie Hanmer and bassist/vocalis John Nania. From its beach towns to its bohemian cafes, California native Jamie Hanmer delivers a laid-back guitar style and smooth vocals with a West Coast vibe. With more than 30 years of performance and session experience, Hanmer engages audiences with a deeply rooted Americana soul.

Originally from New York, John Nania has logged countless musical miles and nearly 5,000 shows and recording sessions on four continents. He’s played bass, guitar, and Chapman Stick for a countless variety of musical acts, from Alice Cooper to Anita Baker.
