The 2023 Taste Of Omaha will be held at Liberty First Arena & The Granary, located Just south of 72nd & Q St in Ralston. Taste Of Omaha will again showcase outstanding Restaurants with exciting live entertainment daily. This year the Annual Event will add more entertainment for everyone’s taste on 4 stages throughout the Festival. All stage shows during the 3-day extravaganza are free to attend. The Redwoods band is made up of powerful middle school and high school musicians from the Omaha area. A 9-piece band, The Redwoods has a full horn section and keys giving their music a big, full sound on stage. The band formed in 2016 as part of the Blues Society of Omaha’s youth program, BluesEd. Over the years, the musicians have had an impressive record of accomplishments including being recognized as All-State musicians, holding leadership roles in their school bands, participating in MAYJO, being selected for Nebraska Young Lions and receiving awards at local music competitions. They have enjoyed playing at many venues and festivals in the Omaha area including Jazz on the Green, Playing with Fire, ZooFest, Taste of Omaha, Omaha Summer Arts Festival, private events and numerous local bars and lounges.

The Redwoods play diverse, Blues-infused classic rock, funk, and traditional Blues.
