Jazz in June is an indispensable celebration that brings the community together to enjoy a distinctly American art form with a broad cultural heritage. It is a vital multigenerational Lincoln tradition that thousands of people value and continue to embrace.

The free events are held at the Sheldon Sculpture Garden, outside the Sheldon Museum of Art, on the campus of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The weekly food festival begins at 5:00, followed by live jazz from 7:00 to 8:45.  Alcohol and dogs are not allowed at the event.

Prepare for a high-energy blend of jazz, funk, blues, and R&B, with Big Wade & Black Swan Theory! Get ready to take a journey through soulful melodies, heartfelt lyrics, and electrifying performances that will captivate the senses and stir the soul.
