Independent music venues have been one of the most hard-hit industries across the globe, and the World-Famous, Award-Winning, Zoo Bar is no different. Please join us for a great day of music in the beautiful setting of Falconwood Park with their fantastic stage, sound, & lights, as we support our friends at The Zoo Bar! (Anyone that knows Pete Watters won’t be surprised to hear he was resistant to the offer of a benefit, because so many other people are hurting right now. When I explained he’d be cheating his friends’ bands out of a fun gig, (albeit not their most-lucrative gig;-), Pete conceded, and is looking forward to celebrating live music with y’all!)
Gates open at 5pm.
6pm Hector Anchondo Band

As the Health Department, City, and State have allowed venues to re-open, BSO is beginning to again produce shows in and around Omaha.
BSO is concerned for the welfare of our members and guests, musicians, and the team-members of our venue partners. Everyone should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend shows during the Coronavirus Pandemic. Any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit. Masks are encouraged and all venue restrictions must be observed.
All of our partner-venues will be enforcing all protocols that have been put in place by the Health Department, City, and State. Attendance will be limited to enable safe social distancing.
Regardless of your personal comfort level, regarding going out to venues at this time, please be extremely considerate of others, by not invading their personal spaces.
We look forward to once again sharing great music with all of you!
June 3, 2020, the Douglas County Health Department posted this reminder: “Until there is appropriate medication and a vaccine, the Douglas County Health Department (DCHD) is emphasizing the importance of remembering and continuing to use the only ways we have to protect ourselves. Hand-washing and social distancing remain important tools to avoid infection,” Health Director Dr. Adi Pour said. “You should wear a mask every time you go out in public to protect those around you.”
If you are unable to attend, but would like to support The Zoo Bar, donations can be made via Venmo @ zoobarlincoln or check out the Zoo Bar Merch Page and upgrade your wardrobe:-)
