Default EOTO w/guests Somasphere and DJ Spence Sat. Apr. 18th

Alright Ladies and Gentlemen... EOTO (feat. Micheal Travis and Jason Hahn of String Cheese Incident) returns this Saturday, April 18th, to set the Slowdown on Fire. These guys are pumped to get back to the "Good Life" and they are ultra excited that we have a Saturday night this time around so that we can bring the extra heat(translation: Get your tickets in advance as they won't last long!). I know that we won't disappoint. This Saturday is going to be a celebration, and what a better time than right around a very popular "Holiday". Of course I'm talking about Earth Day. Grab your friends, dust of your dancing shoes, get down to the Slowdown this Saturday, and PREPARE FOR THE DANCE RIOT!

Our own local live electronica studs Somasphere will open the show. Also adding flavor to the extra special evening will be Lincoln's DJ Spence. Doors for the event open at 8pm with Spence starting right when doors open, so get their early and make sure you stretch as this show is going to be a workout!

As if this night isn't sick enough, VJ-8bit will be on hand to provide visual stimulation. He has some sick tricks up his sleeve. Can't wait to blow your minds...

Alright a quick recap:
EOTO feat. Travis and Hahn from SCI + Somasphere + DJ Spence + VJ 8bit + Saturday Night + All of YOU = DANCE RIOT!

In conclusion:
DON'T MISS THIS SHOW!!!!

EOTO Bio:
Jason Hann and Michael Travis (percussionist and drummer from the band The String Cheese Incident) make up this 100% improvised live Breakbeat/ House/ Drum n Bass/ Trip Hop project. Drawing from the ethos of some of the great DJ's and computer artists of the world, they use cutting edge technology to create truly original and melodic dance music in the moment, with the undeniable power of live drums. The music is all created on the spot, recorded, then mixed and remixed LIVE to create an ever evolving musical experience. Since the project is 100% improvised, every night promises to be a unique dance experience. Hann and Travis play different roles in this band than in SCI. Jason plays the drum kit, percussion and sampler, while Travis is in charge of the tonal elements, playing bass, guitar, keyboards, as well as hand percussion and live mixing.
